By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this shipping policy and other legal pages appearing anywhere on www.moroxican-juices.com.

Your placing an order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected.

We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We use USPS for all our shipments. The associated shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

We only ship to continental US and Hawaii

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Frday is processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Cancellation/Change Policy/Return/Refund

We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. Due to the perishable nature of smoothies, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacements/refunds when warranted. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm PST).
